For Authors.
Official guidelines, policies, and structural requirements for publishing your manuscript in the GTS Press scientific archive.
Author Instruction Guidelines
GTS Press invites original, unpublished research papers from academics, researchers, and professionals. Our submission process is designed to be streamlined while maintaining the rigorous quality control expected of an international Scientific Portal.
Essential Instructions
1Technical Originality & Novelty
All manuscripts submitted to GTS Press must represent original research that has not been previously published in any format, including conference proceedings or other institutional repositories. Authors must ensure that the work provides a significant technical contribution to the field and is not currently under consideration by any other scholarly journal. GTS Press employs an "exclusive submission" model to protect the integrity of the scientific record and ensure that published findings are unique and impactful.
2Standardized Manuscript Formatting
To maintain a uniform look for the Archive, all papers must be prepared using the official GTS Press MS-Word template. The document should follow a structured approach: Title, Author Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. Special attention must be paid to the citation of data and software, following the APA/IEEE standards as specified in our technical manual. Submissions that do not comply with the structural template will be returned for correction during the initial screening phase.
3Linguistic Precision & Clarity
As a global Scientific Portal, GTS Press requires all submissions to be written in professional, academic English. Authors must ensure that their research is communicated with clarity and technical precision. While both British and American English are accepted, usage must be consistent throughout the manuscript. We strongly recommend that non-native English speakers utilize professional editorial services prior to submission to ensure that linguistic barriers do not obscure the technical value of the research.
4Rigorous Plagiarism Screening
GTS Press maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding plagiarism in all its forms, including self-plagiarism and redundant publication. Every manuscript is subjected to a deep-scan audit using iThenticate and Turnitin databases. Submissions with a similarity index exceeding 15% (excluding references and common technical terminology) are subject to immediate rejection. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all external ideas, data, and direct quotes are accurately cited and attributed to their original sources.
Publication Ethics & Responsibility
Authorship & Attribution
GTS Press follows the ICMJE criteria for authorship. Every listed author must have made a substantial intellectual contribution to the research design, data acquisition, or analysis. All authors are collectively responsible for the content and must approve the final version for publication. Gift or honorary authorship is strictly prohibited.
Disclosure & Competing Interests
Transparency is fundamental to our Archive. Authors must declare all financial, personal, or professional relationships that could be perceived as influencing their research. This includes grants, employment, or stock ownership. If no conflicts exist, a formal statement of "No Competing Interests" must be included in the manuscript.
Data Integrity & Reproducibility
To support scientific progress, authors are expected to maintain accurate records of their research data and be prepared to provide access if requested by the editorial board. Data fabrication, falsification, or manipulative image processing are considered severe ethical violations and will result in immediate retraction and institutional notification.
Ethical Clearances & Consent
For research involving human subjects or animal models, authors must provide proof of approval from an appropriate Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Ethics Committee. Informed consent must be obtained for all human participants, and the manuscript must explicitly state that such clearances were secured prior to the commencement of the study.
Manuscript Structure & Requirements
Title & Technical Affiliation
The title must be concise, descriptive, and accurately reflect the technical core of the research. It should avoid decorative adjectives and focus on the primary methodology or finding. Author names should be listed with full institutional affiliations, including department, university/organization, city, and country, along with a dedicated corresponding author email.
Abstract & Strategic Keywords
The abstract should be a single, structured paragraph of 150-250 words that provides a technical summary of the problem, methodology, key results, and primary conclusion. It must be able to stand alone in the Archive database. Authors must provide 4-6 keywords that are not present in the title to maximize search engine discoverability and indexing precision.
Methodological Rigor & Data Visualization
The methodology section must provide sufficient detail for the research to be reproduced by other experts. All figures, charts, and technical diagrams must be submitted in high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI) and be clearly legible. Equations should be prepared using the MS-Word Equation Editor to ensure they remain editable and consistent with the Archive's typesetting standards.
Reference Consistency & Citation Style
Accuracy in referencing is critical for the Archive's cross-linking system. All citations must follow the IEEE/APA format as specified in the journal template. Authors must ensure that every cited source is accurately listed in the reference section with valid DOI links where available. Incomplete or incorrectly formatted references are the most common cause of technical rejection.
Governance & Policies
Plagiarism Policy
All submitted articles are screened via CrossCheck / iThenticate. High similarity scores (>15%) lead to immediate rejection.
Data Availability
Authors are encouraged to share their research data in public repositories or as supplementary material.
Conflict of Interest
All financial and non-financial competing interests must be declared in the manuscript.
Copyright Notice
Upon acceptance, authors transfer copyright to GTS Press while retaining significant usage rights.
Withdrawal Policy
Manuscripts can only be withdrawn during the review phase with valid technical justification.
Correction & Retraction
GTS Press follows COPE guidelines for issuing corrections, expressions of concern, and retractions.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
GTS Press operates on an Open Access model. This means that all articles are available globally without a paywall. To support this model, we charge a nominal processing fee to cover editorial and infrastructure costs.
Author Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long does the peer-review process typically take?
A: GTS Press targets a high-speed editorial cycle. Initial screening is completed within 3 days, and the full technical review process generally concludes within 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the research and reviewer availability.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of authors per manuscript?
A: We do not enforce a strict numerical limit on authorship. However, every listed author must meet the ICMJE criteria for substantial intellectual contribution. Excessive authorship without justified roles may be queried during the technical audit.
Q: Can I withdraw my manuscript after it has been assigned a DOI?
A: Once a manuscript is published and assigned a permanent DOI, it becomes a permanent part of the Scientific Portal. Withdrawals at this stage are not possible. We only issue retractions in cases of documented ethical violations or fundamental technical errors.
Q: Does GTS Press provide language editing or typesetting assistance?
A: We provide basic technical typesetting as part of the APC. However, high-level linguistic editing and substantive rewriting are the responsibility of the authors. We recommend utilizing professional services for manuscripts requiring significant language refinement.
